If you run into any issues with the app, try the steps below to help. If the problem persists, please contact Support:
1. Check for Oclef app updates
- Open the App Store and select “Updates.” If Oclef shows up under the “Pending Updates” section, please select the "Update" button beside it.
2. Restart the Oclef App
- Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
- Double-tap the Home button to display recent apps.
- Swipe up on the app’s thumbnail image to quit the app.
- Press the Home button, and then restart the app.
